Anthony Mullally

A former international rugby players with over 200 professional caps to his name, Anthony first entered the world of conscious breathwork whilst still competing as an athlete, and is now a full-time performance breathwork coach and fitness trainer. Working with anyone from professional athletes, high performance surfers to people just looking to experience something new.

Deeply Restorative Breathwork

This session is focused on guiding the participants into a state of deep relaxation and balance in the nervous system. In this state it gives our bodies the opportunity to decompress and repair vital functions in the body.

Expect low level strength conditioning whilst being led through breathing protocols by Anthony. Move and Mind

Alicia Ray

As a registered yoga instructor, mindfulness coach and fitness trainer, Alicia is best known for starting 'Gwithian Beach Yoga'. The holistic approach Alicia takes combines elements of Psychology, Ayurveda, Yoga Therapy and Mindfulness, to create an experience that leaves you feeling nourished and invigorated.

Silent Disco Yoga is an immersive euphoric experience combining uplifting music played through specialised headphones (that stay on!) enabling you to also hear a guided energising Vinyasa yoga flow delivered by experienced yoga teacher Alicia Ray.

Build energy through movement whilst listening to the sound of uplifting beats and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Yoga is suitable for all levels with different options given.

Breathwork and Conditioning

David Jackson

A certified master breathwork instructor, a former professional rugby player, accredited strength and conditioning coach and on a mission to make breathwork a normal part of our everyday lives. Following a brain injury in 2013, David re-trained his own breathing and is passionate about helping others change the way they breathe in order to improve the way they feel, move and perform.

Hot & Cold therapy
You will be provided with tools to tackle hot and cold exposure and learn tools that can, and will, help you build a stronger mindset, more resilience and help you adapt to the stressors of everyday life in a much more controlled way. Using the hot and cold to improve blood flow, circulation, decrease inflammation, and release all the feel good hormones you need to leave you feeling happier, stronger and more confident. You’ll also notice a big feeling of relaxation & grounding as a by product of the session.

Sound

Maddie Lily Rowland

Over the last 10 years Maddie has been sharing her love of yoga and sound in Cornwall, Portugal, Sri Lanka and Bali, curating retreats and workshops combining her passion for world music and sound with a variety of instruments and channelled vocals to create a healing space, guiding you along a journey of sound and meditation.

Lay down & marinate in the sounds of crystal bowls simultaneously combined with the divine synergy of channelled vocals, soulful guitar melodies, heart opening harmonium, ancient mantras, and spoken word poetry, creating a space of serenity and self-discovery. This unique sonic exploration will leave you feeling rested, centred and connected with your inner self.

There is nothing for you to do here, but listen. Healing sensations and vibrations will weave their magic, inviting you to slow down, rest, and let go. Sound baths are an immersive full body experience, in which we can find a deeper sense of presence and awareness of the self. It is within this presence that we are able to reach deeper states of consciousness, unplugging from external stimuli and gaining perspective of what's truly going on within.

Sama Trinder

Sama's sessions offer therapeutic yoga, sound healing and her own life experiences to help release stress, wake up and find their inner joy and embrace a love of life.

I am Love (45mins) - Using our voice is our own sound healing - using breath work, mantra (sanskrit energetic words) and collective sounding and singing is medicine; releasing stress, tension, anxiety. Voice activation will help us get out of our heads, connect with our hearts and clear communication blocks.

I am Joy
(45mins) - Shift your energy and frequency with Sama. Join this high vibe session, to move, shake, breathe and sound to release stress, throw your inhibitions away and discover what brings you joy.

I am Still
(90mins) - a deep dive experience to help you discover and connect with your deepest desires, release stress (stress is stored in the body as trauma) and reveal what is beneath the surface, what’s holding you back, leaving you connected and awakened.

Bring an open mind, and a journal move through somatics (body work for mind-body connection), journaling, breathwork and sound healing. Deep relaxation will take you into a liminal state to discover what’s hidden in your subconsciousness.

Cold Water

Sophie Hellyer

Originally from Devon Sophie grew up in the ocean, becoming a surf champion and model in her late teens her surfing has taken her all over the world. In more recent years, SOphie has become a surf and swim instructor as well as a yoga teacher and has spent summers lifeguarding for the RNLI.

Join Sophie for an introduction into wild and cold water swimming. You will be led through a short breathwork practice. Learn tools that will help you build a stronger mindset and greater resilience. Feel the benefits of wild swimming and learn the importance of staying safe in cold water.

As a qualified pilates instructor, Kaleigh has taught classes all over the country for international brands such as Gymshark and now runs her business in the New Forest where she hosted daily classes.

Tone & Sculpt

Issey Knight

Issey's yoga journey starts in Bali where she began her training in Both Yin and Vinyasa Yoga, practices which she brought home to her studio in Newquay, The Loft.

Expect Issey's creative personality to shine through her movements, embrace a little playfulness in your practice with plenty of room of a wobble or a fall.

Dynamic Vinyasa - Intermediate/Advanced Join Issey for this purifying and energetic dynamic Vinyasa class. This dynamic flow class combines powerful dynamic postures to help build strength and confidence. Expect a faster paced class with an opportunity to detox your body and mind from the stresses of everyday life. With the beach providing your backdrop, surrender to the sound of the waves and come away feeling refreshed and motivated.

Fluid Vinyasa - All Levels
Join Oyogo for this realigning Vinyasa class. This flow class combines powerful postures to help build confidence. Expect a moderate class with the opportunity to get a little sweaty as well as recover during slower flows and deep stretches. Walk away feeling reset and ready to take on anything!

Yin Yoga - All Levels
Join this Yin yoga session to unwind and reset - body and mind. It’s less about doing and more about being in this space to allow yourself some You time. This class will be about ten poses held for two to four minutes, mainly floor based with gravity doing all the work so you can release, let go and go deeper into those closed off areas.

Mobility - All Levels
Oyogo’s mobility class involves exercises and movements that work to strengthen and lengthen your body, allowing you t o move more freely and efficiently. You will be led through a variety of exercises, from dynamic stretching and body weight movements to yoga flows. Mobility is much more than just being flexible. Oyogo’s mobility class will help increase your range of motion, relieve tight muscles, ensure good posture and even prevent injury. A class not to be missed!
