Stands in the Mid-Century Rooms on the event entrance level - Conference Centre. This area is for mid-Century furniture, homewares, decor and lighting. Set up for this area is possible on the Friday before the event with take down on the Sunday after the fair closes
Stands in the Vintage Fashion Emporium on the Hotel's ground floor - Childcare Rooms. This area is for Vintage Fashion & Accessories. Set up for this area is possible on the Friday before the event with take down on the Sunday after the fair closes
Stands in the Vintage Textile and Design Hall on the Hotel's ground floor - Ballroom Area. This area is for Vintage Textiles, designs made from vintage textiles and designs made from other vintage materials. Set up for this area is only possible on the Saturday morning and stands will need to be moved overnight on the Saturday - the events team will manage this process.
Stands in the Vintage Marketplace on the Hotel's lower ground floor - Herring Restaurant, garden room and craft room.This area is for vintage furniture, homewares, decor, lighting and collectables. Set up for this area is possible on the Friday before the event with take down on the Sunday after the fair closes
Please note that stand fees do not include furniture, we will be in touch with successful applicants to discuss their furniture requirements. All stall holder enquiries should be directed to hello@duchyfairs.co.uk and not to Bedruthan Hotel reception or reservations.
