Vibrant mornings between 10am to 2pm are a lively, bubbly time of the day, ideal for catching up with friends or celebrating a special occasion. We can cater for parties of up to 15 at this time of the day.
Chill out afternoons between 2pm to 6pm is some time for calm, relaxing and reflection. A chill out afternoon in our spa is ideal for watching the waves and later the sunset, spending quality time as a couple, or taking time out from the children to just be.
Family spa time is daily from 9am to 9:30am are a wonderful way to introduce your family to the spa, family spa time is for hotel guests only.
Soothing spa evenings from 6pm to 9pm help you to wind down and soothe your soul during this peaceful, cosy spa time and watch the sun set over the sea.

Congratulations! We’ve worked with specialists to create beautiful treatments to give you during pregnancy and will happily adjust everything to suit you and your bump. Just chat through your needs with the spa reservations team who can arrange everything and recommend how to use the spa safely.
What to bring:
You’ll need swimwear for pool, hydrospa and thermal suite. We have a no shoe policy in the spa, enjoy being barefoot or if you’d rather, bring along flip flops for your own comfort – particularly useful for the Sensory Spa Garden. Loose fitting clothes to wear as you relax in our spa lounge, we would recommend this if you are having a full day experience or one of our hand and foot treatments. Reading glasses, your favourite book, bring along anything you’d like around you, but we’d recommend soaking up the view and relaxing. Robes and towels are provided, they’re organic and with an environmental eye on things, we’ll just give you one but if you need more, please don’t hesitate to let us know. If you’re staying in the hotel, please come down in your robe from your room. Lockers are available, there is no charge for these. We’ll offer disposable underwear for body treatments and shampoo and wash, and conditioner supplied within the all showers. If you’ve forgotten anything, let us know and we’ll try to help.
We encourage you to use the spa facilities as much as possible! Arrive as soon as you can, but at least 30 minutes before your treatment time if you’re staying in the hotel and 1 hour if you’re joining us for the day. Hotel Guests, head to the Lanai Lounge with swimwear or underwear. 15 minutes before the start of your allocated treatment time allows time to settle in and complete consultation forms. Bring along glasses if you need them! Day Guests, to enable us to settle you in, please arrive at least 1 hour before the start of your treatment and check in with the Lanai Lounge who will guide you to the spa. Spending time in our heat facilities before your treatment will begin the healing process and really add to your experience. If you don’t have lots of time to spare, even just five minutes in the steam room before your treatment is beneficial. Please note that late arrival will shorten your appointment time, if you are running late please let us know in case we can adjust your booking for you.
In the spa:
If you’d like a tour and more information on the facilities, your host will be on hand. Relax your mind and body in the caldarium, sauna and steam room. The indoor pool is between 1.2 and 1.9 metres deep and is around 28 degrees. There is a small side pool for littles ones to splash around in. The outdoor pools are open during the warmer months. Sip herbal tea and filtered water throughout your time with us to feel all the benefits of being pleasantly hydrated, if you’d like coffees or teas, head to the Lanai Lounge. We don’t recommend alcohol in the spa.
During your time here:
This is your time and your comfort is our greatest concern, please let us know if we can do anything to make your visit better for you. During your treatment please let your therapist know how you are feeling, if you are too hot or cold or if the pressure needs adjusting, really anything, and if you’re not sure what you need, we’ll explore it with you. During your relaxation time we like to give you space but want you to know if there’s anything we can do please let us know, the hosts are on hand, just give them a wave
Please ensure children are accompanied and supervised when in the spa or pool. We don’t have a lifeguard service, so parents need to be with little ones at all times. Family spa time is between 9am and 9.30am every morning, please do respect the adult only swim times (and make the most of them)! Bedruthan is a family hotel and during school holidays and busy periods families with children will be using the swimming pool and spa reception.
With all treatments we recommend drinking water regularly, this will support your body to process your treatment and receive maximum effect. Help yourself throughout the day to herbal teas and filtered water. We carefully select the products we work with, if you’d like to take any home we’d love to advise you at spa reception.
Cancellations or amendments:
We ask for 48 hours notice to cancel your appointment, within this time a 75% fee is charged. If you do need to move your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can arrange a happy solution. No payment will be taken from your card on booking and we do ask you to make payment on the day when you arrive, if you have a voucher, please make sure you have it to present as payment.
