We’re delighted to be able to partially re-open our spa for hotel guests, but for safety, our Spa Day Packages remain unavailable.

Pools

Our outdoor pools are open with lower capacity and you can book allocated swim sessions for families in the smaller, heated outdoor pool and paddling pool, once you arrive at the hotel. Please check into the Lanai spa lounge and speak to our host for your session and to enquire about how you can swim in our larger, unheated outdoor pool.

Our indoor pool and hydro spa pool are open, for which sessions are bookable once you arrive. The changing rooms have to remain closed so please come ready to swim with your pool towels.

Sensory Spa Garden

Our Sensory Spa Garden Experience has now reopened, and we’ve made some changes to ensure the safety of all who visit the garden. We ask that guests arrive 15 minutes before their experience is due to begin at the Lanai Lounge, showered, changed into swimwear and wearing a robe and flip flops. Our sauna is to remain closed due to government advice, but this simply means more time in the hot tubs, with a complimentary glass of Prosecco or something chilled should you wish!

Treatments

Guests may book in for 45 or 60 minute massage treatments. Please note, we will not be able to provide any treatments which include any facial elements, at this present time. 

Thermal experiences

The sauna, steam room and hammam in our spa are currently still unavailable, according to our government guidance.

Our plan is to offer both outside exercise and yoga classes most days but please bring your own mat if possible.
