Red Stuff and Red Stuff & Wild are artisan products lovingly hand-made in the Bedruthan kitchens. We source amazing seasonal produce and forage the hedgerows, orchards, fields and shores of Cornwall for our delectable, seasonal recipes.

All the jams, coffee biscuits and truffles used at the hotel are our own handmade brand, you can also buy them in the Wild Cafe. We recently won bronze at the Taste of the West Awards for our ricciarelli biscuits and truffles and silver at the World Jampionships for Elderflower, Gooseberry and Champagne Jam.

We often host various cookery courses in our new sea view Cookery School – watch out for bread making, baking and preserving workshops where we’ll teach you some of our secret recipes, skills and techniques, and you can do plenty of tasting!
