Spend time by the coast, re-establishing your connection to nature and breaking down the stereotypes around mental wellness in a safe space created by Anthony.

Practices will include breathwork to regain control of our bodies and bring a level of awareness to our minds. Ceremonies to bring our group together and create an environment where we feel comfortable in our skin as authentic versions of ourselves.

Cold water immersion is used to build resilience as well as bringing clarity and calm to the mind in an otherwise chaotic world.

Meet our team...

Recently retired rugby player, Anthony Mullally leads workshops and retreats for breath work, mindfulness and resilience.

Since retiring from professional rugby, Anthony’s mission has been to help people re-establish their connection to the natural world in which we live. Alongside a successful rugby career consisting of more than 200 senior appearances, two world cups and one super league grand final trophy; Antony's work is aimed at breaking down stereotypes and rebuilding the integrity of masculinity in the modern world.

Maddie has spent the last six years pursuing her love of yoga, sound bath healing and travel, teaching and leading at retreats around the world.

Founded upon a passion for music, vocals and sound bath healing, Maddie’s sessions will immerse our guests in a series of tones and vibrations to bring a further level of awareness where we can enter a deeper meditative state. This in turn opens up blocked emotions and can be a profoundly healing experience in a safe space.

Josh co-founded 'Both Sides Retreats' alongside Anthony, where his yoga and breathwork perfectly compliments the journey our retreats take you on.

Josh, the co-founder of international vegan supplement brand Vivo Life, specialises in Yin Yoga, a quiet and contemplative discipline. Expect longer holds, with the intention of releasing tensions from deep within the mind and body.

Josh’s yoga sessions pair perfectly with our retreats as they give guests the opportunity to take time and reflect which continues to push the healing process on which we founded our retreats on.

Pete has a love of the ocean and of life that inspires those around him to follow suit.

Pete has been teaching surfing for over twenty years and knows Mawgan Porth and North Cornwall arguably better than most. He was worked as a surf lifeguard and taught all over the world. His retro, cool approach to surfing allows him to enjoy the way of life surfing is so famous for. Surfing is not just an opportunity for valuable time alone with nature but a way to disconnect and clear his mind.

What to expect...

Each retreat will vary somewhat in the itinerary, however they have each been purposely designed to best utilise our hotels and team. During your time with us you will experience:

  • Conscious connected breathing sessions with Anthony
  • Yin yoga and focussed deep holds with Josh
  • Sound bath healing, meditation and vocal sessions with Maddie
  • Time spent as a group to immerse yourself in nature as well as time to yourself
  • Performance breathwork conducted within exercise
  • Calming breathwork with cold water immersion
  • Fire & Feast and menus curated for your retreat
  • Closing ceremony to consolidate your time with us

Payment terms

  • A non refunable 25% desposit is taken at the time of booking with the the reamining balance autmatically charged to the card given on the booking at 21 days prior to arrival.
  • Stays booked within 21 days prior to arrival require full prepayment at the time of booking which is non refundable.
