All of our grotto folk are looking forward to meeting you, here is some important information about your visit to the Sugar & Spice Grotto

Please arrive at the time stated on your ticket as this is the start of your grotto journey, we reserve the right to admission for latecommers. Ensure you’ve planned your route and are setting off with enough time to allow for Christmas traffic.

The Sugar & Spice Grotto is not accessible through the main hotel; entrance to the grotto is situated adjacent to the carparks, please follow the signs on arrival.

You are required to provide proof of ticket purchase to gain entry. This can be done via your email confirmation on a smart phone or tablet. Alternatively you can print your email ticket to provide upon arrival. Please note additional tickets are not available to purchase on the door.

As your journey will be limited with space at times, it is recommended to not bring baby push chairs or strollers. If you have any concerns for accessibility please contact us in advance.

On arrival at the grotto, you’ll spend some in Tummetott village where you’ll be able to buy hot or cold drinks to consume before your journey, although please note that food or drink will not be permitted during the rest of your experience.

If you’d like to feed the family in the Wild Cafe before or after your grotto, we encourage you to prebook your table to avoid disapointment. This can be done by calling 01637 861 212 or online here

If you are bringing a camera, phone or tablet remember to make sure you have sufficient power and available memory for lots of photos during your journey. We wouldn’t want you to miss a single magical moment!

We do love festivities here and Christmas jumpers, shirts, hats, socks and any other festive attire is very much encouraged.
