Meetings and Conferences

Here you can host a variety of events, from training days, functions and feast nights to fashion shows and wellness retreats. Our events team will assist with everything, from creative workshops to travel arrangements and overnight stays.

Our day delegate rates start at £42 per delegate, this includes room hire, tea & coffee, deli style lunch, a sweet treat, complimentary parking and AV equipment/Wi-Fi. Overnight stays start from £95 for single occupancy.

The Garden Room

For smaller, more intimate events, why not look to the Garden Room, a secret, tucked-away kind of space amongst Bedruthan’s gardens, with a large trestle table that’s good for inspired team meetings. The inside’s set in colourful mid-century style, with white-painted brick walls and modernist terrazzo flooring. The outside’s just a slide of the doors away: use the planted sand dunes for less structured garden gatherings amongst nature.

For larger groups, look no further than our airy clifftop conference space. The Venue can be a single open space for sold-out summits with 120 avid attendees or rearranged to create multiple smaller suites for closer conversations. The dedicated entrance strikes an immediate impression, while the sunset terrace over the cove leaves a lasting one. Did we mention the private bar?

Crafting Workshops

Our Create Cornwall team host a daily changing workshop in one of our sea view craft rooms everyday. Whether you choose to add a craft session to your meeting or away day, to add some fun, inspiration and team bonding to your experience or you'd like to host your own crafting workshops here, Bedruthan has crafting spaces perfect for all ages and crafty abilities!
