Sous Chef - £30,000 yearly

Our friendly brigade at is structured to deliver creative dishes for our three superb restaurants and events operation. The role of Sous Chef is to support and supervise the day to day running of the kitchens, inspire and motivate the whole team deliver food excellence and consistency whilst ensuring the kitchen is a positive, safe and clean working environment.

Chef de Partie - £12.00 hourly

Commis Chef - £11.00 hourly

The Scarlet is looking for a dedicated commis chef so come and work with a team where your passion & technical skills will be appreciated. Great opportunities for personal development too, with specialist training, and a friendly team of professionals who are growing and learning together.

Kitchen Porter - £11.00 hourly

Although experience is not normally essential, some experience of the kitchen environment/hours would be beneficial. The job requires many basic skills needed to start your career to becoming a Chef, this role could very well be the start of your Chef journey with us.
