A Note From The Team

The £8 supplement charge for cooked breakfast has been made for a number of reasons. None of which are to increase spend and revenue.

Our Artisan Bakery Breakfast fits in with our brand and our newly opened and developing Bakery.

We have listened to our guests and the business owners and came to the decision that we could no longer justify the level of exposure and waste that comes with offering the widely recognised meat heavy traditional English/Cornish breakfast buffets.

We have always put sustainability at the heart of our hotels and don’t feel that traditional breakfasts fit with our long-term vision as a business.

We have increased and improved our breakfasts and offer a huge range of cereals, breads, sweet and savoury daily changing baked goods that are almost entirely made by our in house Bakery team.
