Leather Coin Purse Workshop

Spend a relaxing morning in our sea view craft room and learn how to make a leather coin purse with Rose Choules. You will work cut, burnish and machine stitch vegetable tanned leathers and suedes to create a simple and functional purse for cards and cash. This is open to all levels and is a great introduction to working with vegetable-tanned leathers, suedes and brass studs. There is also an option to hand paint leather to personalise your purse.
This is a small workshop so that you will receive some really hands-on tutoring from the talented tutor, Rose. The workshop will also include a small tea break with refreshments and delicious handmade cakes from our Bedruthan kitchens.
Level: The course is suitable for complete beginners, but not suitable for children.

Make: A beautiful leather coin purse. There are no instructions to take away on this workshop, but patterns can be taken home.
Price: £45 per person including all materials, tea, coffee and cake.
What to bring: Apron if you have one and loose, comfortable clothing.
