April 28th Moroccan Feast
Served from an open kitchen, with stunning sea views across the coastal dune garden, you’ll arrive at 7:30 and find your space ready for dinner served at 8pm. Grab and plate and help yourself to the delicious selection of sharing food served by the Bedruthan Chefs and once you’ve finished make your way outside around our fire pit for toasting marshmallow under the stars
To begin
Beetroot salad, tabbouleh and hummus with warm breads
To follow
Lamb tagine, spinach & squash samosa’s, spiced fruity cous cous, fattoush salad, lentil falafels, babaganoush.
Vegetable tagine option available with advanced notice.
To finish
Vanilla muhallabia, pistachio aish el saraya, date makroudh.
Then marshmallow toasting by the fire.
