How do you like the sound of a relaxing day of baking in a beautiful sea view studio?
Taught by Tom Hunter, Executive Chef across the Scarlet and Bedruthan restaurants, you’ll mix, knead, prove and bake some beautiful loaves and buns in our brand new demo kitchen. We have always baked our own fresh bread every day in the Scarlet kitchen, and our own exquisite cakes and pastries in the Wild Café and on this one-day workshop, we can teach you some of our secret recipes, skills and techniques.
During the day you’ll have the chance to taste your bakes, and we will give you the recipes to take home with you too.
Level: The course is suitable for anyone – beginners or seasoned bakers
