Baking at Bedruthan

Spend the day trying your hand at seasonal breads and other baked treats. From artisan baguettes to tasty doughnuts, learn the techniques and bake your breads in our sea-view garden room. Our talented in-house Bedruthan bakers, Gregory Huxford and Chris Squire, will take you from beginner to baker and you’ll leave with your freshly baked loaves and with the skill to continue your bread-making at home. You will also be treated to a two-course lunch in our Wild Café.
- 10th March: Sourdough, soda bread
- 15th September: Focaccia, ciabatta, breadsticks rolls & loafs
- 10th November: Christmas cake, Stollen
Level: Suitable for beginner and aspiring bakers

Run by: Bedruthan Hotel chefs
Make: A variety of baked goods.
Price: £85 per person for each workshop, including all ingredients, tea and coffee on arrival, two-course Wild Café lunch. Bakers will also be able to take their baked goods home with them.
What to bring: Just yourself, Bedruthan kitchen will provide aprons.
Please note – This workshop requires a minimum of 4 people in order to run. If minimum numbers are not met 7 days prior to the date of the workshop it will be cancelled and you will be offered a refund or a choice of alternative dates.
