Our Scandi-Modern outpost is slowly coming back to life and it’s not long now until we welcome you to Bedruthan. But as we begin to open the doors, we’re being mindful that the sea has not yet fully settled.

As you may know, hospitality nationwide is experiencing a shortage, so we have all had to look at how we do things differently. We are working hard, rebuilding the team as quickly as we can, but to ensure your stay is as relaxing as possible, we have made a few changes at Bedruthan.

Please feel free to arrive at Bedruthan any time on your arrival day to begin exploring our coastal hideaway, however, your room is not guaranteed to be ready until 4pm. Please leave your luggage in your car until your room is ready if you are arriving early.

Housekeeping: giving you the option to opt out

Optional reduced housekeeping

We understand that many people may prefer to minimise the amount of time our team spend in your room.

If you’d prefer a reduced housekeeping service — or none at all — please let us know.

To account for this reduction in service, we’ll give you £15 credit for each day you opt out of housekeeping. This credit can be spent around the hotel, including in the restaurants, bar and spa or on retail items.

Changes to breakfast: now delivered to your room

Breakfast will now be served to your room

Each morning, a daily changing, artisan bakery breakfast will be delivered directly to your room. As an example, each box includes a selection of fruit, sweet pastries and a savoury option, granola and cereal as well as fruit juice and coffee and tea for your to brew in your room at your leisure.

The Wild Café will remain closed during the morning. Any previous breakfast reservations no longer apply, simply call us on 2016 each morning to arrange a time that suits you.

We will cater for any dietary requirements. Please email reachout@bedruthan.com if you haven’t already told us about your dietary needs.

Dinner during your stay

For guests staying on an inclusive basis (dinner, bed & breakfast): For breaks booked before 10th June 2021 which are inclusive of dinner, we will have reserved you a table at the time of booking. Our team will confirm your reservation time either prior to your stay or on arrival.

For guests staying on a non-inclusive basis (bed & breakfast or room only): Our restaurants are fully booked from 10th June 2021, however if you have already reserved a table in one of our restaurants we will of course honour your booking. In addition, we may have some late, on-the-day availability during your stay which you are welcome to check once you are at Bedruthan.

Themal spa, pools and wellbeing

Time in our hydro spa, swimming pools and wellness classes is available to all guests during your stay, as well as access to our new spa treatment menu, exclusive to hotel guests.

Swimming Pools
To ensure social distancing and so that everyone has a chance to unwind in our pool and thermal spa, you will only be able to book one swim session per day 24-hours in advance. This must be booked online.
Please note: We have a new online booking system for this process. Please register using the same email address you have booked your Bedruthan stay with, or if you have already booked a spa treatment or experience, please follow the instructions on your spa confirmation email.
If you’re seeking some truly quiet time, browse our spa treatment menu and book yourself in for a spa experience ahead of your arrival.
If you have already booked any treatments or spa experiences, these will have been confirmed separately at the time of booking. Simply log in using the booking reference and link provided to amend, cancel or book additional treatments during your stay.

Refunds or postponing your stay

If you wish to change your plans, please let us know.

 We look forward to welcoming you to our clifftop hotel soon but understand that some of these changes may not be to your liking.

If you’d prefer we can postpone your stay until a later date when our normal services have resumed. (Booking moves would be subject to availability and prices may vary.)

If you’d prefer a refund, let us know and we’ll do this — no questions asked.
