This elegant, bubbly cocktail with fresh lemon juice and sorbet makes the perfect aperitif and way to begin a spring break away. All of the measurements are estimated to your taste and strength of lemon – so taste it as go.
Here’s how to make two elegant Champagne cocktails…
Lemon sorbet – homemade or bought
50ml Vodka (we recommend Ketel One Vodka)
Chilled champagne flutes
Cocktail shaker and strainer
1. Add one scoop of lemon sorbet and the juice of a fresh lemon into your cocktail shaker with a handful of ice. Add your measure of vodka and shake vigorously for at least a minute.
2. Strain the cocktail equally between your two glasses.
3. Then carefully top with prosecco at an angle to avoid to many bubbles
4. Finally garnish with a twirl or grating of lemon zest.
