Recipe: Gingerbread Body Scrub from our Sensory Spa Garden

By November 9, 2020Spa

For the first time, our Outdoor Spa Specialist Leon is sharing his wisdom so you can make our Gingerbread Body Scrub at home.

A winter skin natural remedy to hydrate and nourish. A handmade gift with a good-enough-to-eat aroma that’ll fill a room on Christmas morning. Or a simple project for a rainy afternoon.

The latest recipe release from our talented team means you can whip up a little piece of Bedruthan in no time, for yourself or others.

Our gingerbread scrub is a festive twist we usually save for those who step into the Spa Garden during December. However, with everything currently going on (and in the spirit of sharing), we thought you might appreciate some at-home inspiration.

Normally, our dry scrubs are blended with flowers and herbs grown in the spa garden. But luckily for you, this limited edition kilner-jar-of-goodness can be made using everyday ingredients found in most kitchen cupboards.

And with calm inducing, energy boosting and stress relieving benefits (to name just a few), this mix could be just what you need right now…

Tips:

To use, swirl some of the scrub between damp palms and apply onto wet skin. Massage your skin with your hands or sponge to buff and refine, before rinsing.
