You may have noticed that we’re a little fond of foraging here at Bedruthan. Something about the deep satisfaction of being outdoors, surrounded by natural beauty plus an edible outcome really makes us happy.
Our foraging guide, Adam Clark, gives out notes to all the folk he takes on wild food walks at the hotel and we thought we’d share them with you all. This is just a simple overview of the best (we think) bits in nature’s larder.
