This cocktail is full of flavours. Combining the honey syrup, orange and pomegranate molasses gives you a taste of sweet and sour, topped up with hot ginger beer to add an extra bit of heat.

Beetroot Sour £9.00
Buffalo Trace Whiskey / Lemon Juice / Homemade Ginger Syrup / Rose Water / Beetroot Powder / Chickpea Brine
You must try this cocktail – it combines the earthiness & sweetness of beetroot, with smokey whiskey. The chickpea brine is an egg white alternative, so it makes the cocktail creamy and smooth… it is delicious and vegan-friendly!

Lemon & Rosemary Drop £8.50
Ketel 1 Vodka / Limoncello / Egg White / Lemon Juice / Vermouth / Rosemary Syrup
A tangy, smooth and vibrant cocktail using homemade rosemary syrup to give it an added floral flavour. Great as an aperitif or with a piece of cake!

Old Tom’s Ginger Brew £9.00
Tarquin’s Seadog Gin / Homemade Ginger Syrup / Lemon Juice / Ale
One for the ale lovers, this cocktail is seriously easy drinking. Served in a tankard, we use St.Austell Brewery’s Tribute and Navy strength Tarquin’s gin to get a real taste of Cornwall. We recommend having this with some of our homemade bar nuts!
