We ask that guests bring appropriate footwear for their visit to Scarlet, including flip flops or sliders.

Sustainability and innovation are always at the forefront of what we do at Bedruthan. Making everyday changes contribute to a bigger mission of eco-conscious behaviours.

As a result, in the past we have kindly asked that guests bring their own flip flops or sliders as single use footwear can be harmful to the environment. Whilst we still encourage this, we are proud to announce that we have now partnered with BC SoftWear to provide flip flops for those guests who forget their own.

Choosing a provider wasn’t an easy decision to come to, sustainability, safety and purpose all need to be considered equally to ensure we only collaborate with brands who share our ethos. Our new flip flops are consciously crafted from recycled rubber, reducing landfill and waste in their creation. Once their lifetime is over, we are able to return them to the supplier where they can be recycled again into rubber for children’s playgrounds, giving them a new lease of life.

These flip flops will now be available to purchase from our spa desk at £8 per pair.
