Bookings and prices

The children's clubs at Bedruthan are very popular and we strongly recommend that you book in advance. For those of you that book three or more children into the clubs we can offer you a 10% discount.

Daytime clubs run seven days a week and are run on a 3-hour session basis from 9.30am - 12.30pm (which includes lunch). These fantastic 3-hourly kids club sessions are charged as follows:-

Standard Booking charge

0-2 years £25 (for the 3-hour session including lunch)

3-12 years £20 (for the 3-hour session)

Evening Clubs 

Evening clubs (which are run during school holidays only) are charged per 3-hourly session as above.

Evening club times are as follows:-

0-3 years 7.15pm - 10.15pm

4-7 years 7.15pm - 10.15pm

8-12 years 7.30pm - 10.30pm

If you haven't booked, but you decide on the morning you would like your child to join our exciting clubs, we also offer a drop-in service each day throughout your stay, however this is subject to availability. Cancellations

Should you need to cancel your child's booked children's club session or babysitter and it is within 24hrs of the start time of the booking, the cancellation charge will be 100% of the booking.

Babysitting

Our childcare team also offers a first class babysitting and nanny service. For children under the age of 12 months a qualified nanny is required whilst our fully vetted babysitters will look after older children. Each babysitter and nanny can sit for up to 3 children in one room. As part of our exclusive babysitting service our dedicated babysitter can provide the children in their care with fantastic evening experiences around the hotel full of fun and energy, they can care for your child(ren) in the comfort of their own room in a quiet, relaxing environment or even provide a mix of the two depending on your needs.

Our exclusive babysitting and nanny service charge is based on an hourly rate and a minimum of 3 hours is required. This service must be booked in advance.

Before Midnight charge

Nannies £11.50

Babysitters £9.50

After Midnight charge

Nannies £17.25

Babysitters £13.50

Rates are per hour and a minimum of 3 hours is required.

We do have a limited supply of babysitters and it is advisable to provide 48hours notice for our team to be able to offer you the best possible service.
