Staff are attracted to work at Bedruthan because of its reputation as a great hotel, its philosophy, eco-focus and great location. Recruitment and selection processes have been improved and now utilise a range of ways to ensure staff are right for the hotel and job. These processes are supported by effective induction and ongoing excellent opportunities for learning and development. These encourage the people attracted to the hotel to stay there and develop further, evidenced by high levels of internal promotion. Staff perceive the development opportunities and progression as a real reward for good work.
