Waiting staff

We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic waiting staff.

The position will suit any waiter and waitress with a genuine interest in the hospitality industry, who likes working within a driven team and enjoys the hustle and bustle of a busy hotel. The successful candidates will be part of a team working breakfast, lunch and/or dinner.

You will be reliable and self motivated, with a love for working with people and a passion for good service and good food. You will be able to cope well under pressure, be a great communicator and be of smart appearance. Good spoken English is essential. Day porter

We are currently recruiting for a Day Porter.

The Day Porter's main responsibility is to ensure that guests are attended to during their time with the hotel. Other duties include following the correct health and safety procedures, assisting guests with luggage, providing directions and general assistance. If you enjoy talking to people and providing the best possible service this role is for you.

Whether you are greeting guests, setting up conference rooms, serving food & drink, or assisting with luggage, you'll make full use of your calm, helpful personality and unflustered approach.

You will have a love for working with and assisting people, be enthusiastic, hard working and reliable.  You will also be confident to work on your own initiative.  Previous customer service experience would also be an advantage.  Good spoken English is essential.  In return we offer a good working environment, real development opportunities, on the job training and meals on duty .
