This was our 5th visit and we continue to be delighted with the welcome, the service and the passion of the staff in the hotel.  It's great to see the hotel move forward and change.

We've been coming here (on & off!) for 30 years and it's still the same welcoming and comfortable place.  We like the way children are welcomed - if the children are happy then so are the Mums & Dads!  We're here with three generattions, and we're all enjoying our break!

Bedruthan Steps Hotel provides luxury for parents and children.  Good to see the hotel isn't resting on it's laurels; investing and making changes for the better - furniture in the communal areas, bedspreads in the rooms and breakfast menu.  We look forward to our 6th trip back!

The Bethune Family

On arrival at the hotel, we found check-in extremely helpful, welcoming and informative, waiters and waitresses were friendly and helpful too with a great choice of menu each night.  The children's activity club was fabulous with competent staff, we felt safe leaving our children there.  To be honest, all your staff were outstanding.  Totally fabulous - thank you.

The Payne Family  

Bedruthan Steps Hotel was a serendipity find many years ago when I was looking for a break for my husband and myself.  We are now firmly established as being totally entranced with the placce, and we try and stay at least twice a year.  Our grand-daughter has been coming with us for at least 5 years and would never, ever let us take her to any other hotel!  She learnt to swim in the pool, loves 'dressing for dinner' and although a demi-veg we have never been too panicked as to what she is to eat for dinner.  I have even given the chef a recipe for him to prepare for her on one occasion, he complied beautifully and she was delighted.

As to the staff, the reception and reservation ladies are second to none.  No one we have encountered in all our years of holidaying abroad and in the UK comes close to their attention to detail, care and general helpfulness.  The Dining Room staff are also very helpful and totally professional, ensuring our individual needs are met, making our break even more relaxing.

I just wish I could stay longer, as I never tire of the view from our room.

The Douglas Family

We love what the hotel does for the environment; we had a fab, guilt free holiday!  As well as having a dish especially prepared for us which was to die for, we found all the staff really helpful and friendly and the hotel a real oasis.  We'll definitely be back with the kids!

It was a joy to behold: Sitting in the lounge at the end of a perfect week watching the sun go down over Mawgan Porth.  We have travelled far and wide and both agree that Bedruthan is number 1 on our list of hotels.  We return home feeling relaxed, refreshed and ready to face the real world!

I just wanted to express what joy and fun we ALL had during our stay with you two weeks ago. I can truly say that I have never before felt the urge on leaving a hotel to go around and thank everyone personally and although I didn't quite carry out this task, I felt like doing it!

Last weekend I spent a very pleasant few days at your hotel with my wife, children and grandchildren to celebrate my birthday.

I would like to comment on the outstanding hospitality of your staff. I cannot think of a hotel anywhere in the world where every member of staff is so helpful, so pleasant and eager to make every guest feel comfortable and welcome.

I was impressed last year when we stayed and then delighted to find this year that if anything it was even better. Before retirement I spent 35 years in the hospitality industry and know only too well just how difficult it is to keep on maintaining such high standards.

We had such a wonderful time with you that we thought we ought to tell you. The apartment far exceeded our expectations: spotlessly clean, stupendous view, beautifully furnished with plenty of room and everything we could have needed. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Both children's and grown-ups' food was excellent - all the children thought they were in heaven at breakfast time, as well as the children's teas, where there was a delicious selection and always something each would like (not easy for four (mostly fussy) eaters).

Thanks for such a memorable holiday!

We found the hotel very welcoming, with lovely food and the family dining is an excellent idea!  We felt there was so much to do with our son that we didn't want top put him in the clubs, also the initiatives you do for the environment are inspiring and made the stay more comforting. 

All the staff are lovely, and the highlight of the holiday was spending time with our son without the normal stress of every day life. Overall, we found the stay magical - almost healing!  Bedruthan knits the family unit back together again.  From now on we've decided to save our pennies just so we can return to The Bedruthan!
