By Foot or Bike

Walkers and cyclists are more than welcome at Bedruthan. We have a secure, under cover bike storage area and we are sure that our Ocean Spa will do wonders for weary limbs. Discounts are available to you as you are reducing the number of cars on our roads. Please speak to our reservations department for more information.

By Rail

There is a regular rail service from all parts of the country to Bodmin Parkway Station, which is only a 25 minute drive from the hotel. It is possible to connect with trains for Newquay Station, which is closer to the hotel, but which requires a change at Par. Taxis can be arranged to meet guests travelling by rail and discounts are available to you as you are reducing the number of cars on our roads. Please speak to our reservations department for more information.

By Coach

National Express provides regular coach services from all parts of the country to Newquay. Taxis can be arranged to meet guests travelling by coach and discounts are available to you as you are reducing the number of cars on our roads. By Road (from the East)

Travel on the M5 towards the South West. At Exeter, take the A30 westbound, sign posted Bodmin. Continue travelling straight on the A30 up until the Highgate Hill roundabout. Turn off towards Newquay on the A39. At the next roundabout continue on the A39 towards Wadebridge following signs for Newquay Airport. At Trekenning roundabout follow signed for Newquay Airport on the A3059. Then turn right, signposted St. Mawgan and Airport, just after passing a garage, also on the right. After passing the airport, turn right at a T Junction sign posted Padstow and Mawgan Porth. You can see the hotel perched on the cliff top as you approach Mawgan Porth, however you will need to travel through Mawgan Porth and into Trenance and Bedruthan Steps Hotel is at the top of the hill on your left.

By Road (from the West)

Take the A30 eastbound, sign posted Bodmin. Continue travelling on the A30 up until the Highgate Hill roundabout.  From this point follow the directions as above.

By Air

Bedruthan is 5 minutes from Newquay airport, we recommend using Bio Travel taxis for your connection; they are based at the airport and provide a convenient, stress free and environmentally friendly service.

The postcode for the hotel is TR8 4BU however, as this has taken some guests to the back of the hotel, we suggest that you try using TR8 4BX to bring you directly to the hotel carpark at the front.
